Milano Straps are direct and to the point throughout the entire process of selling, buying and trading fine timepieces. Use of this website and any transaction with Milano Straps indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time. Please read these terms carefully.
Any and all claims and/or disputes of any kind that in any way relate to, arise from or are in connection with any item sold by or listed by Milano Straps or your purchase or attempt to purchase any item from Milano Straps shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and shall be litigated, if at all, solely and exclusively in a court of law within Miami Dade County, Florida, to the exclusion of any other court where suit might otherwise be brought.
Milano Straps shall not be held responsible for any damages other than the actual price paid to Milano Straps for the item purchased and purchaser hereby waives any and all claims for additional losses incurred. Purchaser shall be defined as any person or entity that purchases, attempts to purchase or claims damages of any kind, which relate to, arise from, or are in connection with any item sold by or listed by Milano Straps. Milano Straps reserves the right to decline any offer, or to not sell a particular watch at any time. Milano Straps will not be responsible, or held liable for any mistakes to listings or misprints made by Milano Straps representatives and agents.
Right of Return
Milano Straps allows you 14 days to return a product on stock that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is received by you or a representative previous designated by you and announced to Milano Straps. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed within 30 days.
In order to make use of this right of return, you will act in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that Milano Straps provided when the offer was made and/or at the latest upon delivery.
You are precluded from the right of return if the product has been created by Milano Straps in accordance with your specifications or if the products are clearly of a personal or nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.
The right of return is not available for the Cutomized Products on order.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. Because Rolex watches are more difficult to ship to the U.S., the buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return.
NEW YORK BUYERS:
Florida buyers are subject to Florida County sales tax.
PRICING & PAYMENT:
Milano Straps reserves the right to make any change to pricing, specifications, and availability of inventory without prior notice. Statements made on this website are the opinion of Milano Straps.
YOUR PRIVACY:
No information you provide on the website or to Milano Straps in person or over the phone will ever be sold to a third party. This site does use cookies to track data about visitors, which is not personally identifiable.
