All Milano Straps leather bands can be used with Apple Watch using our precision fit strap adapters. It may look confusing at first, but choosing the correct setup is actually very easy. You only need to follow 3 simple steps.
First select the strap adapter. We offer 2 types:
Slim, minimal lugs. Clean and modern appearance. Keeps the smartwatch look while upgrading the material.
Wider lugs designed to imitate a traditional watch case. This style makes the Apple Watch look much closer to a classic mechanical watch.
After choosing the adapter style, you only need to select the correct size group and color.
We divided all Apple Watch models into 3 simple groups so anyone can find the correct fit in seconds.
Group 41 mm
Fits 38 mm, 40 mm, 41 mm and 42 mm Series 10
Group 45 mm
Fits 42 mm Series 1 to 3, 44 mm, 45 mm and 46 mm
Group 49 mm
Fits Apple Watch Ultra and Ultra 2
To find your size, simply check the engraving on the back of your watch case. The size number is printed in millimeters.
There is one final step.
After choosing the adapter group, select the strap width you prefer. Our leather straps are available in multiple lug widths including 16mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 22 mm, and 24 mm.
Your choice mainly depends on wrist size and the look you want. Smaller wrists usually look better with narrower straps such as 16mm or 18 mm, while average wrists suit 20 mm or 22 mm. Larger wrists or a sportier appearance pair well with 24 mm straps.
The adapter connects your Apple Watch to a standard watch strap, so you are free to choose any style, color, or width you like.

The process is simple and straightforward. All you need to do is rotate the band, and then clip it into place. This means you can change the band of your watch in the blink of an eye to suit your needs and preferences at any given time. Whether you want to match your watch band to your outfit, or you want to switch from a sporty band to a formal one, it's all possible with our quick-change design. This feature is great for those who like to change their look often and those who want to have multiple options of band styles.
You need to measure the lug width of your watch in millimeters. This is the distance between the 2 inner edges where the strap connects to the case. Your strap width must match this measurement exactly.
You can measure your wrist with a tape measure or use your current strap as a reference. For best accuracy, use our printable strap measuring tool. You can download it from the folder section in the footer and print it at home.
A premium strap uses better materials, stronger stitching, reinforced structure, cleaner edge finishing, and higher grade hardware. It feels more comfortable, lasts longer, and keeps its shape over time.
Many straps use similar designs, but the difference is in the leather grade, stitching, lining, edge finishing, and construction method. Real quality is felt in comfort, flexibility, and durability.
It depends on how often you wear your watch and the conditions you use it in. With daily wear, leather straps are usually replaced every 1 to 3 years, while nylon straps can last longer with proper care.
Yes. Milano Straps are designed to fit most luxury and sports watches that use standard lug widths such as 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm.
Work on a soft cloth, use the right tool, and protect the lugs. If your strap has quick release, you can change it easily without tools.
Avoid soaking leather straps, wipe them after wear, let them dry naturally, and rotate between straps so the leather can rest and keep its shape.
